Built for the way your home is made.

Every home is a little different. We’ll consider the construction, the location, and your largest pet before recommending a door.

No. 1

Wall installation

A flexible route when an exterior wall offers a practical location and a comfortable landing on both sides.

No. 2

Door installation

A familiar choice when an existing exterior door has the right material, panel layout, and clearance.

No. 3

Brick installation

A more involved installation that requires careful planning for the masonry, opening, and finished edges.

Materials and placement should be evaluated before a product is selected.

Good work begins with respect.

We are guests in your home. The job should be planned carefully, explained plainly, and completed with your household in mind.

Look before cutting

Review the opening, surrounding materials, utilities, pet measurements, and the landing on both sides.

Keep you informed

Explain the approach before work begins and communicate clearly if anything about the plan needs to change.

Leave you confident

Review the finished door, answer questions, and discuss a comfortable introduction for your pet.

We stand behind the door and the work.

Clear warranty coverage means you know what is protected after installation day.

A few things homeowners ask us.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure your pet at the widest point and from the floor to the shoulders. The opening should allow comfortable movement without creating an unnecessarily high step. For multiple pets, the largest and smallest pets both need to be considered.

Can a pet door go in any wall or door?

Not always. The material, construction, available space, nearby utilities, and outdoor landing all affect suitability. Glass requires a purpose-made solution and an assessment of the glass and frame.

What should I have ready for an estimate?

Pet measurements and clear photos of both sides of the proposed location are a useful start. If you know the wall, door, or glass type, include that information too.

What if my dog has never used a pet door?

Use short, positive practice sessions and let your dog move at a comfortable pace. If the door allows it, begin with the flap held open and reward each calm step through the opening.

What warranty protection is included?

Apollo services and standard pet doors are covered for one year. Hale pet doors include a lifetime frame warranty and a 10-year prorated flap warranty.
